AIR MARSHAL SP DHARKAR AIR OFFICER COMMANDING-IN-CHIEF EASTERN AIR COMMAND VISITS AIR FORCE STATION KALAIKUNDA TO ATTEND VALEDICTORY FUNCTION OF 210 PILOT COURSE.

Air Marshal SP Dharkar Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief  Eastern Air Command visited Air Force Station Kalaikunda from 13 to 14 January 24 for the valedictory function of 210 pilot course. He was received by Air Commodore Sagar M Paranjpe,  Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station, Kalaikunda.
     The event marks the successful culmination of training on Hawk aircraft for the officers of 210 Pilot Course. These fighter pilots will now move to frontline Combat Squadrons. The AOC-in-C awarded trophies to the pilots who excelled in different phases of training and congratulated Officers on the successful completion of course.  He exhorted them to inculcate the highest standards of mental and physical discipline while emphasising on the core values of the IAF. He also complimented the Commanding Officers of Operational Conversion Units  'A'  and Operational Conversion Unit 'B' and the Qualified Flying Instructors for successful training of qualified pilots for the Indian Air Force.
     During the visit, AOC-in-C was briefed on the operational, maintenance and administrative preparedness of the Station. He urged the station personnnel to remain focused on their primary goal and to be prepared for any eventuality.
