IN STRIDE WITH FUTURE, TRISHAKTI CORPS OF INDIAN ARMY ACHIEVES SELF SUFFICIENCY IN OXYGEN GENERATION.

TriShakti Corps of Indian Army crosses a major milestone by achieving self sufficiency in medical oxygen generation. On 20 May 2022, Lieutenant General Tarun Kumar Aich, AVSM, General Officer Commanding, TriShakti Corps inaugurated an Oxygen Generation Plant (PSA based) with 400 liters per minutes capacity at Bengdubi Military Station.
The plant will cater to the need of medical oxygen for all units of Indian Army, Air Force and BRO in North Bengal and Sikkim. The plant will ensure quick provisioning of medical oxygen at a rapid rate, at any time. This is in line with Indian Army's endeavour towards modernisation and makes the TriShakti Corps better prepared for operational situation as also pandemic like COVID.
