Space scientist and astrophysicist Dr. Debiprosad Duari visited Siliguri on Wednesday to share thrilling facts and mysteries of space with students.

On Wednesday, astrophysicist Dr. Debiprasad Duari visited Siliguri to share thrilling facts and mysteries of space with school students, offering them insights beyond their standard textbooks.

 Vigyan Bharati Uttarbanga (Siliguri Educational District Unit) successfully concluded its highly anticipated science outreach program, "Mahakasher Sahaj Path" (The Universe Unveiled), earlier today at the Dinabandhu Manch in Siliguri. The event, held from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, witnessed an overwhelming response from the academic and science-loving community, with around 700 participants, including students and teachers from 55 schools of Siliguri who came to explore the mysteries of space and astronomy.

The highlight of the afternoon was an illuminating keynote address by Dr. Debiprosad Duari, eminent astrophysicist and Former Director of Research & Academics at the M.P. Birla Institute of Fundamental Research, Kolkata. True to his reputation, Dr. Duari led attendees on an enlightening journey through the cosmos, translating complex celestial spectacles into accessible knowledge. His engaging presentation successfully bridged the gap between the vastness of the universe and the light of knowledge, inspiring the countless young minds in attendance to look up and wonder.
