VISIT OF CHIEF OF THE AIR STAFF OF INDIAN AIR FORCE TO EGYPT.

Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, PVSM AVSM VM ADC, Chief of the Air Staff will be embarking on a five day visit to Egypt to attend the Egypt Air Power Symposium and Egyptian Defence Exposition (EDEX) which is scheduled to take place at Cairo from 28 Nov 2021 to 02 Dec 2021.

The CAS would be attending the Air Power Symposium at the invitation of Egyptian 

Air Force Commander and delivering a key note address on "Strategic air intelligence in 

confronting new and non organised threats" on 28 Nov 21.

The EDEX is fully supported by Egyptian Armed Forces and exposes the attending dignitaries to the latest technology, equipment and systems across land, sea and air through live demos and static displays.

The visit of CAS is expected to bolster the ties with Egyptian Armed Forces. On the sidelines of the visit, the CAS would also be interacting with senior commanders of other armed forces of the world during the exposition.
