In a significant stride towards strengthening healthcare infrastructure in remote high-altitude regions, a containerised Oxygen Generation Plant was inaugurated today at Military Hospital, Tawang.

The facility contributed by #ChairpersonPuneNGO – Soldiers’ Independent Rehabilitation Foundation (SIRF), was formally commissioned by the General Officer Commanding, Ball of Fire Division, under the aegis of #GajrajCorps_IA. The inauguration ceremony was graced by distinguished military officials and state administrative dignitaries, underscoring the spirit of collaboration between the Armed Forces and civil society.

Engineered for rapid deployment and optimal efficiency under extreme climatic conditions, the plant is a self-contained unit capable of generating medical-grade oxygen round the clock. It is poised to serve as a critical life-saving facility for both Armed Forces personnel and local civilian populations, especially in the strategically sensitive and geographically challenging terrain of the region.
